Jeevak Multispeciality Hospital is on the 4th floor of Shiv Plaza Apartment, Dindori Road, Nashik 422004 — above Madhur Sweets and beside the Reliance Petrol Pump. It is easily accessible by auto-rickshaw, cab, and private vehicle.
Is parking available near the hospital?
Parking is available in the Shiv Plaza complex and on the road adjacent to the petrol pump. Please enquire with the building security for designated parking spots.
Is there a lift (elevator) in the building?
Yes, Shiv Plaza Apartment has a lift. Patients with mobility issues or on stretchers can use it to access the 4th-floor hospital. Please inform us in advance for critical patients so we can assist.

What conditions does the ICU at Jeevak handle?
Our ICU is equipped to handle critical medical conditions including acute respiratory failure, cardiac emergencies, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), severe infections/sepsis, post-operative monitoring, and multi-organ dysfunction. We have mechanical ventilator support and continuous multi-parameter monitoring.
How many beds are in the ICU?

Yes, if you have a valid Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) card and your condition is covered under the scheme, treatment is completely free of cost. Our team will verify your eligibility at admission.
Do you provide bills and receipts for tax purposes?
Yes. We provide itemised bills and official receipts for all treatments and procedures, which can be used for health insurance reimbursement claims and tax deductions under Section 80D.
